PacePact — Terms of Use (EULA)

Last updated: 21 July 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the PacePact application ("the App"), operated by Wolf Technologies Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What PacePact is

PacePact hosts fortnightly distance challenges. You enter a challenge using Credits, commit to completing a distance quota for your tier within the challenge period, and record your running or walking sessions using the App's built-in GPS tracking. Participants who complete their quota receive a reward in Credits, at the multiplier stated on the challenge before entry. Participants who do not complete their quota forfeit their entry Credits. Success in a challenge depends entirely on your own physical effort.

2. Credits — no monetary value

3. Challenge entries

4. Activity verification and forfeiture

5. Health disclaimer

Physical exercise carries risk. You are responsible for ensuring you are fit enough to attempt the distances you commit to. The App provides no medical advice. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel unwell.

6. Account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. One account per person. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account; deletion is permanent and includes any remaining Credits and active entries.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, access it by automated means, or attempt to derive value from Credits outside the App.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise, the App is provided "as is", our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of Credits which — having no monetary value — have no cash equivalent.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the App. Your continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
